    Separate HDPE from LLDPE and smooth from textured products; identify nominal thickness, minimum thickness and asperity requirements.

    Compare the complete property schedule

    Review tensile, tear, puncture, stress-crack, carbon dispersion, oxidative induction time and oven-aging or UV-retention requirements on consistent test bases.

    Treat welding as a system constraint

    Sheet behaviour, ambient conditions, trial seams, destructive testing, repairs, penetrations and installer capability all affect the installed barrier.

    Check interfaces and QA

    Interface shear, wrinkles, thermal movement, anchorage, leak-location requirements and manufacturing/construction quality plans can govern acceptance.
