Trafficable stormwater tanks for commercial sites.
Underground on-site detention (OSD) temporarily stores stormwater for controlled discharge. Trafficable layouts are checked for vehicle loads, cover and ground conditions. Send the approved drainage concept or tender drawings. Stormwater detention beneath car parks and open space
An underground tank can locate storage within the development footprint. For trafficked areas, the tank, cover, pavement, fill, ground support and actual vehicle loads need a coordinated structural assessment. The nominated module class is a starting point for selection, not a traffic approval.
Warehouses, schools and recreation developments
Check the hydraulic storage requirement alongside levels, service corridors, excavation access and construction sequence. Include maintenance pits, ventilation, pretreatment and pipe connections early so the quoted footprint represents a buildable arrangement.

A documented alternative for a live tender
Where alternatives are permitted, send the specified tank, required performance and tender deadline. Tank supply, module installation and liner installation
Kontain offers supply-only or a full package covering tank supply, module assembly and installation, and liner installation. The project-direct model generally starts at approximately 100 m³. Agree the programme, site access, testing, earthworks, pipework and backfill responsibilities in the quotation so the complete package has a clear scope.

Is M2025 automatically suitable beneath a car park?
No. The variant and complete configuration require verification for the project’s traffic, pavement, cover, soils, groundwater and construction loads. The product page explains the available evidence and screening limits.
