Finite Element Analysis of Geogrid-Incorporated Flexible Pavement with Soft Subgrade
Original research · free full-paper access · authors credited
Research overview
A three-dimensional finite-element model explores geogrid depth, base thickness and subgrade CBR in flexible pavement. It predicts substantial reductions in subgrade compressive strain for the selected inputs; field traffic, construction damage, drainage and long-term material behaviour were outside the model.
