04 · INSTALLATION & FILLING GUIDE
The operating procedure is a design deliverable.
Most failures develop through poor pad preparation, misalignment, uncontrolled flow, poor polymer response or exceeding the permitted fill geometry. The procedure must set measurable limits and nominate who can stop filling.
STAGEMINIMUM CONTROLHOLD / RESPONSE TRIGGER
01 · Pad releaseLevel survey, compaction, liner protection, drainage and sump ready.Soft spots, sharp objects, ponding or incomplete containment.
02 · DeploymentCentreline set-out, port orientation, spacing, seams and serial numbers checked.Twist, fold, misalignment, damaged fabric or blocked drainage path.
03 · PrimingLow initial flow, restrained hose, polymer response and filtrate observed.Poor floc, jetting, local hump, cloudy filtrate or unstable hose.
04 · Production fillApproved rate and height, perimeter inspections and balanced filling.Rapid local rise, rolling, seam distress, scour, leakage or height limit.
05 · Consolidation / stackingDrain-down period, geometry survey, lower-lift condition and access verified.Ongoing movement, trapped water, blocked drainage or foundation distress.
