Formulation gate
Polymer modification is not a universal pass. Match the formulation to representative pH, ionic strength, Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺, Na⁺, sulfate and chloride conditions.
GCL TECHNICAL DATATECHNICAL DATA SHEET · AUSTRALIAN FORMAT
Polymer-enhanced GCL
A reinforced GCL containing polymer-modified bentonite, engineered to retain low hydraulic conductivity in chemically aggressive liquids.
A starting formulation for saline, divalent-ion or aggressive leachates. Final product selection should be linked to representative site-fluid compatibility testing.

DESIGN TRANSPARENCY
A compliant index value does not remove project-specific hydraulic, stability or installation risk.
Polymer modification is not a universal pass. Match the formulation to representative pH, ionic strength, Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺, Na⁺, sulfate and chloride conditions.
Use the published deionised-water and calcium-chloride values as screening data. Long-term testing with representative site liquid should govern selection.
Hydraulic chemistry and slope stability are separate verifications. Test internal and interface shear using the proposed configuration and adjoining materials.
SUPPLY + CUSTOMISATION
Approximately 209 m² gross and 200 m² effective after standard overlaps. Confirm current factory dimensions, mass and origin for every order.
A budgeting assumption only. Final payload and pack plan require CETCO confirmation. Full production and freight lots generally support the strongest landed rate.
Alternative reinforcement and RESISTEX formulations can be evaluated where slope demand, adjoining interfaces or site liquid require a different configuration.
