High-strength Australian scrim-reinforced double-nonwoven GCL

A high-strength Australian-market DNW GCL with 4.00 kg/m² minimum dry bentonite and 14 kN/m minimum tensile strength in both machine and cross-machine directions.

Kontain position

A screening option where biaxial tensile demand is materially higher, subject to the liner-system stability analysis and actual adjoining interfaces.

Strength boundary

Higher finished-product tensile does not prove a higher interface angle or internal shear envelope. Stability and tensile demand must be analysed separately.

Directionality

The supplied 14/14 kN/m values distinguish this grade from DNW40-AU/GP2 and DNW3700-GL, which publish 4 kN/m in the machine direction.

Evidence pack

Request the current yearly GRI-GCL3 bentonite and geotextile durability results with the order evidence.

A budgeting assumption only. Final payload and pack plan require CETCO confirmation. Full production and freight lots generally support the strongest landed rate.

Alternative reinforcement and RESISTEX formulations can be evaluated where slope demand, adjoining interfaces or site liquid require a different configuration.
