Product distinction
DNW3700-GL is not DNW40-AU/GP2 with a shortened name. It has a lower dry bentonite minimum and a different peel requirement.
GCL TECHNICAL DATATECHNICAL DATA SHEET · AUSTRALIAN FORMAT
Australian scrim-reinforced double-nonwoven GCL
An Australian-market reinforced GCL with sodium bentonite between a scrim-reinforced nonwoven carrier and nonwoven cap, with additional published bentonite mineralogy and cation-exchange controls.
A lower-bentonite-mass DNW pathway where interface friction and dimensional stability are useful and the project accepts the stated 3.70 kg/m² dry bentonite minimum.

* Published typical peak value after hydration at approximately 9.6 kPa normal stress; not a minimum design envelope. † Published RESISTEX U20 ST maximum in deionised water and 0.02 M CaCl₂. Current factory certificates and project specifications govern.
DESIGN TRANSPARENCY
A compliant index value does not remove project-specific hydraulic, stability or installation risk.
DNW3700-GL is not DNW40-AU/GP2 with a shortened name. It has a lower dry bentonite minimum and a different peel requirement.
The supplied TDS adds montmorillonite, calcite and CEC values. These improve source transparency but do not replace representative-liquid hydraulic testing.
Confirm internal and interface shear at the project normal stresses and hydration condition. Backing type alone does not establish a design angle.
SUPPLY + CUSTOMISATION
Approximately 209 m² gross and 200 m² effective after standard overlaps. Confirm current factory dimensions, mass and origin for every order.
A budgeting assumption only. Final payload and pack plan require CETCO confirmation. Full production and freight lots generally support the strongest landed rate.
Alternative reinforcement and RESISTEX formulations can be evaluated where slope demand, adjoining interfaces or site liquid require a different configuration.

This webpage is a Kontain-prepared Australian presentation of CETCO published data. It is not a manufacturer reissue and should not be used to override a current CETCO TDS, certificate of analysis, project specification or engineering assessment.
